Anyone who wants to maintain their business in the long term cannot avoid a paradigm shift and radical change.

Radical change

The COVID-19 pandemic has subjected our society to radical change and a paradigm shift in several respects. Besides the healthcare system and social behavior, the pandemic has also significantly influenced consumer payment habits. In 2021, 59 percent of the population preferred cashless payment options using cards or smartphones.
